After connecting with Aurum Law Group I no longer feel anxious about my situation. Morgan made it very easy for me to understand the system and I feel as if she really put her time and effort into helping me. She made me feel valued and broke everything down for me to help me understand and I can tell she cares a lot about her clients. On addition to that, I spoke with Richard and he let me ask as many questions as I needed and had an answer for all of them which also caused my anxiety levels to go down. Lastly Phil is super nice and caring. I am so incredibly grateful for the people who make up this law firm. Having never been in a situation that warranted legal counsel, I was highly stressed and also skeptical about hiring an attorney. Aurum came up at the top of my Google search, and I had a good feeling when I saw their name, so I reached out to them. It was a Saturday, so I was anticipating having to ride out my anxiety until Monday. Instead, Richard answered the phone, and made an amazing first impression of the firm by speaking with kindness, confidence, professionalism, and the perfect touch of realism.However, as a skeptical person, after we got off the phone I couldn’t help but think it seemed too good to be true that the firm could be THAT great. Shortly after talking to him, I was called by Morgan (again, on a Saturday!) who sealed the deal effortlessly by completely easing my worries, answering my questions, and even making me laugh.
