I was not able to use my insurance for the damage of my car and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They helped me find aftermarket parts and did everything they could to cut the cost of the repairs without loosing quality. It’s rare to find mechanics that are honest and easy to work with and Patrick was just that. He walked me through everything they did to my vehicle and even went out of his way to pick me up when they didn’t have a rental car available. I would come here for all of my car tune ups if they offered regular maintenance!

The staff at Hopkins Auto Body is always friendly when we come in to the shop. They are helpful and explain things well to people who know little about cars which I grew appreciate. For this visit, the repair work was done as a result of a collision to my vehicle’s driver’s side quarter panel. However the entire front end and hood needed to be replaced. And it looks quite shiny and brand new! Thanks to everyone at Hopkins Auto Body.

This place is really as good as all the reviews. I got my car fixed there after someone creamed the side of it in a parking lot. They coordinated with enterprise rental car, which is right next-door and it couldn’t have been easier and they couldn’t have been lovely and my car looks spectacular! This place does great bodywork and they went above and beyond with customer service and actual bodywork on my car. My car actually looks better than it did before the accident!!

Kayla and the team were a wonderful help to myself and family who had locked our keys in our car down the road. While I didn't get body work done, I did receive amazing, neighborly customer service that will have me returning in the future. Highly recommend.

I was hospitalized for over a month following a car accident. The car was deemed a total loss but I had a ton of personal items in the vehicle. They let me keep my car there way longer than would normally be considered reasonable without trying to charge me any storage fees all while being very patient and polite.Everyone was great, but Marney really went above and beyond in her interactions with my already overly stressed out wife who was suddenly left with all the responsibilities of our household plus coming to the hospital everyday.
