The HVAC guy discovered a wall full of mold behind the old furnace unit ... and I needed a handyman immediately to fix it so the new furnace could be installed. John was there in under an hour, ripped out the old wall and had a new one installed! I was so impressed with everything ... the timeliness, the quality, and the cost!
