John changed our home from a 90s rundown rental to a beautiful Haven. He painted the house inside and out, took out an interior wall, painted the kitchen cabinets, installed butcher block countertops, all new chandeliers, and recessed lighting, all new hardware, installed a new sink and faucet, installed new appliances, built a pantry, put in new flooring, replaced closet doors with sliding mirrors, painted the sidewalk, tore down rotting back porch cover, installed smart fans and mirrors in bathrooms. Repaired shower tile in both bathrooms, replaced both vanities and toilets in bathrooms, installed stealing fans in each room, shiplapped the tow kick of the kitchen bar and one living room wall.I couldn’t be more pleased with his work!
