I run an Aquatic Pet shop and ran across Personal Touch a few years ago.The floors here get extremely caked with dirt and salt creep from saltwater environmentsAfter looking for someone, anyone to take on this job, which took almost a year, I spoke with Dan who assured me that he could take on the the task.I was a little worried about the price but after speaking to many companys that either wouldn't do the job or quoted me such a high price, just to get rid me, I was suprised to find the price was actually very resonable.If someone says that that this company is overpriced, then they obviously haven't shopped around.The job performance is even more than I would expect, given the conditions here at the store over time.I do business with people that are reasonable and fair only. Dan has been both of those things and has delivered quality work each time I call them.I also trust them in my store alone after I leave. They let me know when they are finished and I simply set my alarm.My only regert is that I didn't take a before and after shot of the floors.. you'd be sold!If you care about these things then you really need to try them out!JIm

APT was responsive and quick to take care of the project. And the clean-up work they did was good. However, we were grossly overcharged and taken advantage of. Once they found out about our insurance coverage, they billed just over the full $25,000 limit. We weren’t closely watching how many fans they brought down to our 2000 sq ft basement, but it seemed like a lot. Once we saw the invoice, we saw were were billed for 49 fans at $40/day for 5 days. The fan rental alone was $9800! I researched and found that the average number of fans needed for our space would’ve been 28 fans. We could’ve bought 49 industrial fans for the amount paid! In addition, we were charged $2500 for rental of dehumidifiers for 5 days. Use caution with this company, get a written estimate before letting them do work, and don’t tell them your insurance coverage limit.
