My overall experience has been really great. Honestly, I can’t think of a better place to train than Move. Michelle has been an amazing coach , very supportive, patient, and always pushing me to do better while still making the sessions enjoyable. She often checks in and communicates about my progress, even outside of workout sessions, which really shows her dedication.Before starting, I had quite an unhealthy lifestyle and was overweight. I struggled with consistency and staying active. Training here helped me build a routine, stay accountable, and slowly shift towards a healthier lifestyle.I’ve definitely seen improvements in my physical health, lifestyle, and mindset. I feel stronger, more energetic, and much more focused. It has also helped me become more disciplined with my habits and overall wellbeing.One key takeaway for me is realizing how important consistency is. Just showing up and trusting the process really works. Thanks Michelle the best!!! 💪
