My first time going to a chiropractor. The procedure and action plan was explained clearly after reviewing the X-rays with me. Update: Only a couple of months in and my back is already feeling so much better! Update #2: About 4 months into treatment and X-rays show improvement. I’m having less lower back pain and can walk better! Update #3: Six months later I rarely experience lower back pain anymore and am sleeping better! Definitely worth the investment.
