Overall a top notch experience from start to finish. They are straight shooters with fair pricing. They came when they said they would and followed through on promises made. Most importantly I never felt like I was being sold, they listened and recommended a system that met my needs at a price that I could live with.I highly recommend Tam n Tj’z.Follow Up Review - Almost 2 years later, I had an issue with my AC not holding temp. Called Tam n Tj's and Alex came out to check it out. WIthin 10 minutes of arrival Alex identified the issue which was a factory fitting leaking. Alex fixed the leak, recharged my system and because I still had 5 days left on my labor garauntee - there was no charge. It just doesn't get any better. I appreciate a company that stands behind thier work.Tam / Tj - please give Alex a bonus and day off. Thanks guys!

The serviceman Tam N TJ'Z sent out was very polite,and knowledgeable. My son talked with him a let him know of an issue we incurred during the week prior to coming out. He went into the attic took pictures and asked the area and everything looked good. As far as the actual unit was concerned there were no issues. They serviced our ac and gave us a thumbs up and we were good. Thank you so much TAM N TJ'Z for coming out so quickly. Will be definitely calling you for any ac needs.
