Easily, one of the best decisions my wife and I made when we chose Selective Remodeling as the one stop shop for our kitchen remodel. They came highly recommended by friends who recently used them to remodel their kitchen. The Selective Remodeling showroom was remarkable, and contained a variety of products and finishes to choose from. But the staff was impressive, demonstrating the true value of teamwork and patience from design layout to faucet options.The project broke ground on demo day, April 28th, and wrapped up in one month. The seamless communication around contractor scheduling ensured all materials were onsight when needed. There wasn't one moment where we felt out of the loop which was made possible by Samantha, Chelsea, Armand, Scott, and Rob. Lastly, hats off to the multiple trades who worked on the project. This has been an ongoing partnership since February 2025. We used Selective Remodeling for our renovation project last year and sought their help when we needed major work on our HVAC system this year. We renovated our kitchen with Selective and are thrilled with the outcome. We have experience with other contractors and our experience with Selective was by far the smoothest and most communicative. One thing we loved about working with Selective is that the team guided us through choosing all of the materials and finishes needed prior to getting started on the project. They went above and beyond with making sure choices would help achieve the vision we had in mind and didn’t make any decisions for us or push us in one direction or another. They addressed the few minor issues that popped up immediately. It was great having Samantha as a main point of contact to coordinate between all the people involved on the project. My wife and I met Joe at a home remodeling expo and I was impressed by his knowledge of construction and by his engaging conversation. When we purchased our home I knew I wanted Selective Remodeling for the job. I was impressed with their design team and the way they listened to everything we wanted. They took our attic space and transformed it. I am elated by the new look of the attic but I was blown away by the team. Different crews did different parts of the job every few days. Samantha was on top of everything that was being done and that needed to be done. If I had questions she certianly had answers. I didn't meet Jorge but that guy worked magic. He filled in gaps and cracks that had me feeling very uneasy. When he and the painters were finished with the final touchups, all I could do is smile and marvel at the job the team had done. Selective Remodeling did a great job with our full basement finishing! They won our business based on the transparent and modern systems they use to communicate project progress, and kept our business because of the quality work that we could see being implemented and the kind, knowledgeable, communicative team (shout out to Samantha, Rob, and team!). We did have a few bumps, as there would be with a project of this size, but there was nothing that we could not handle and Selective always tried to make it right. We definitely recommend!
