We renovated our kitchen with Selective and are thrilled with the outcome. We have experience with other contractors and our experience with Selective was by far the smoothest and most communicative. One thing we loved about working with Selective is that the team guided us through choosing all of the materials and finishes needed prior to getting started on the project. They went above and beyond with making sure choices would help achieve the vision we had in mind and didn’t make any decisions for us or push us in one direction or another. They addressed the few minor issues that popped up immediately. It was great having Samantha as a main point of contact to coordinate between all the people involved on the project. My wife and I met Joe at a home remodeling expo and I was impressed by his knowledge of construction and by his engaging conversation. When we purchased our home I knew I wanted Selective Remodeling for the job. I was impressed with their design team and the way they listened to everything we wanted. They took our attic space and transformed it. I am elated by the new look of the attic but I was blown away by the team. Different crews did different parts of the job every few days. Samantha was on top of everything that was being done and that needed to be done. If I had questions she certianly had answers. I didn't meet Jorge but that guy worked magic. He filled in gaps and cracks that had me feeling very uneasy. When he and the painters were finished with the final touchups, all I could do is smile and marvel at the job the team had done. Selective Remodeling did a great job with our full basement finishing! They won our business based on the transparent and modern systems they use to communicate project progress, and kept our business because of the quality work that we could see being implemented and the kind, knowledgeable, communicative team (shout out to Samantha, Rob, and team!). We did have a few bumps, as there would be with a project of this size, but there was nothing that we could not handle and Selective always tried to make it right. We definitely recommend!

Went to their showroom and was taken care of by Ryan. Their showroom looks amazing and Ryan really tries to work with you make your dreams come true. He was really knowledgeable and showed us “behind the wall” work. They really do quality work. Ryan is an amazing person to work with.

We have lived in our home for 45 years. The kitchen was in dire need of a remodel. After looking at other companies, we found we were most comfortable with Selective Remodeling. The first time we met with Joe, he took the time to find out what our wants and needs were. He and the team have patiently worked with us developing the design, as well as selecting the cabinets, backsplash, countertops and flooring. I recently had my bathroom remodeled with Selective Remodeling. I highly recommend them! They do a phenomenal job ensuring that all planning and fixtures are ordered before any work starts. You will also have a solid schedule that tells you who will be coming and what they will complete on each day.When I started this project I was unsure of what I wanted as far as design. I submitted some photos of things I liked to Natasha. She came up with a design plan. Next I met with Samantha and we went through the plan. This enabled me to really see what I liked. Samantha was so patient as it took several design meetings for me to pick everything. When it came time for paint colors I was overwhelmed and Malika narrowed down some options for me. I also made two changes before the work started and Samantha handled it seamlessly. Everyone that came to my home to work was very respectful and cleaned up every day before they left.The project manager Rob was amazing! While he was here he took care of something for me that had nothing to do with the remodel. It is rare that you find people like this! The entire team really cares and treats you like a member of their family.They offer a 5 year warranty and come back to your home to ensure that everything is fine. This is unheard of and another reason to choose Selective remodeling!
