I called Shaun from Hopkinson Electrical thinking I had an issue with my hot water system. They came out promptly, had a proper look, and instead of just going ahead with unnecessary work, they were upfront and honest in telling me the problem was actually with my meter box—not the hot water system.They could have easily charged me a lot of money, but they didn’t. They pointed me in the right direction, and the issue ended up being resolved by Energex—saving me thousands of dollars.Really appreciate their honesty, fair pricing, and quick response. It’s hard to find trades like this. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Hopkinson Electrical. We had two new Ventair Skyfans installed in our home. Shaun came to assess the job quickly from myfirst enquiry and the quote was received same day and was very detailed with exact instructions. Zane and Shaun who installed the fans were punctual and very professional and tidy and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received today and our new fans. Thanks Hopkinson Electrical
