I like clear communication and for people to do what they say they’ll do. Time was a factor in my installation due to season change. I was assured several things would be true on certain dates and they were, in fact, true! I texted and called several times during the installation and Freedom got back to me quickly each time. I had a minor complaint and they came out and solved my problem in a rainstorm, in about one hour. Everyone I spoke to and met was professional and helpful.

Highly recommend Freedom Energy. These guys know what they’re doing. Not only do they offer top of the line solar systems at a great price, they help you literally every step of the way: from figuring out what type of system will be most cost effective for you, to connecting you with financing, talking you through which tax form you’ll need to submit for the federal rebate, navigating the interconnection agreement with the local power company, and a lot more. And installation was a breeze. Their team arrived around 8 am and were completely done by 2 pm- and even set me up with the app to monitor the system and how to use it. They answered all my questions, addressed every concern, and made themselves available through every step. I’m honestly just really impressed. And now I’ve got a solar system providing a 107% offset to my electrical usage. Cool right?! Call these guys first.
