Feindly staff very helpful, 10/10 above and beyond what was expected

I went for a stage 1 remap on my GLC 43. The staff were very professional and completed the work quickly. I had also previously had a back box delete done by them, and they did an amazing job.

Banging service, handled everything professionally and answered all my questions. Could not be happier w the service and craftsmanship.

I arrived a little earlier than my appointment, but the team welcomed me straight away and told me to go right in. My car was quickly up on the ramp for a full Service B, which was really reassuring to see. The team were amazing throughout—friendly, professional, and kept me well informed with great communication. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.
