We moved to Mineral Wells from Breckenridge and purchased our second home with Carolyn’s help. She worked with us from Aug-Oct 2021. When we first meet her, she gave us calendar of the month’s events that were going on around Mineral Wells. We saw what felt like 20 houses in the 3 months we searched for a house, and it felt like everything we liked and were ready to put a bid in on, was swept up before we had the chance. Since we lived out of town, Carolyn would FaceTime us on some walkthroughs she would go in for us. The day we locked in our bid on our home we purchase, Carolyn went and saw 4 houses on her own for us. She knew what we wanted, our taste and called and told me we needed to put a bid in asap. So we trusted her and did. We love our new home! Carolyn helped connect us to a wonderful finance company, answered my millions of questions, she even took the time to talk and get to know our son. When we moved our things in the garage because our old house closed before we could move in to our new house, she showed up and helped move things out of the uhaul!
