I had the pleasure utilizing Mr Lenin to sell my house in the midst of a divorce I was going through. Quite a tricky social situation to navigate as a realtor. Although things were cordial between my ex wife and I, Lenin was poised, professional, punctual, and incredibly responsive. He found us a buyer in under a week. He managed our expectations and kept us always in the loop. Lenin is awesome, I was a first time home buyer. On our initial meeting, he sat me down and educated me through the whole home buying process. I am a sales Manger and I take online classes, it was hard to prioritize time to look at listings online. I would send a couple listings I was intersted in, but Lenin made it easier for me. Lenin asked what are my must haves and he would send me listings that I can look at my own time. We were on the market as buyers from April 2024 thru June 2024. We probably looked at almost 2 dozen properties. Lenin was always on time for the shwoings, and would sometimes point out "red flags" on a property. We finally went under contract on the first week of June, on a listing that Lenin had shared with me (4-unit property in Chicago). It had to be through a 203k rehab loan, and Lenin reffered me to a Loan Officer that has experience with 203k rehab loans. Lenin also reffered the inspector, who brought to my attention that the roof is end of life. Lenin was able to renegociate an additonal $12,000 seller's credit to help with the roof. Lenin made the process as easy as it could of been. I would definitely bring any business to Lenin in the future. Whether I'm looking to buy or sell in the state of Illinois.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Lenin on both selling and buying my home, and I can't say enough about the experience! Thanks to his expertise, we priced my condo attractively and ended up with multiple offers, ultimately selling it above asking price!
