At first they seem to be a really good place to go to for physical therapy and to help you overcome your joint problems.The The new patient DR did a good job and I went back and had one treatment and he told me I would need a back brace and somehow within the time we were there, they forgot to get it for meSo I went back to get it today on Thursday and the young lady at the desk Was rude and she kept making up excuses why I couldn’t see the doctor said he was busy but I could see him back there sitting at the desk and I said well I can see him back there at the desk. Well he’s too busy to come talk to youIt’s sad when you go somewhere in the doctors there you can see him and he wasn’t with any patience, but he couldn’t take 10 minutes to talk to me about it.The lady to death said the insurance had to pre-authorise the back brace.So I said I’ll buy I’ll pay for it myself and then she told me I still couldn’t have it because she didn’t know how much it would cost and I guess that needs preauthorisation too.I don’t think the right hand knows what the left hand is doing there and I don’t think the front desk knows what’s happening in the back.So they just make up these excuses why they can’t get you something and they have no idea what they’re doingAnd because of this, I doubt I will go back Less

Could not be happier!! I had a GAE procedure of the knee. Everything went exceptionally well and the credit due belongs to the staff and Dr Wagner! The professionalism of everyone is top-notch! I would caution anyone considering letting Restore handle their care. I went there for help with low back pain and sciatica. I'm conservative in my health care choices and liked their team approach. My insurance wouldn't cover so I paid several thousand out of pocket. For weeks I kept with their program, my "diagnosis" consistently changing. Finally, they decided they couldn't help me and discharged me without crediting me for the cash they already received for a certain number of visits. More importantly, Chris told me I just needed to go the gym. While I felt that was unprofessional, I took his advice. He never said you should get more imaging, seek pain management or anything else. Just get to the gym. So, I did. Three months later, I went in for an MRI that should a severe herniation. Something the gym could never help with. My result, back surgery and permanent nerve damage because of the prolonged compression. My surgeon stated Restore was extremely negligent in their care. I'm sure they have success stories, that is why I ended up their in the first place. I guarantee they will take as much money as possible from you and not truly care about helping you. Less
