Lara has a very special way of bringing people together. I had the opportunity to join her retreat as a photographer and videographer in Kananaskis.This retreat took place in the Canadian Rockies. My team and I felt elevated while creating for her. She brought a couple speakers, had wonderful surprise gifts a very special VIP at the Nordic Spa.She was so well organized and thoughtful for her guests and helped with accommodation. She had a great vision for her Elevate and Embody. Implementing tools for everyone to take home. I went into her retreat to capture her passon for being of service through spirit and bringing people to live with purpose and follow their heart. I was welcomed into joining the Reiki, Soundbath that she hosted and came out feeling awakened and full of tears to see where I need to spend more time with my passions as an artist. Its been over two months since her retreat and I have implemented making time for my art outside of my career. Its been beautiful. She had journal sessions and brought in yoga, somatic dancing and connection between a room of women.Thank you so much for everything, it was a beautiful experience to create for her.

I attended the Elevate & Embody Transformational Workshop in Kananaskis in October, and it was truly incredible. The experience struck a beautiful balance between the head and the heart—thoughtfully structured while still deeply nourishing and soul-centered.The location itself was absolutely magical and added so much to the overall experience. Being immersed in nature made it even more powerful. I especially loved the practical application woven throughout the workshop, including yoga, meditation, dancing, and reiki. Each element felt intentional, grounding, and transformative.I left feeling more aligned, inspired, and embodied. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to deepen their connection to themselves in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Lara has been intricate in healing from a lot of grief and trauma.
