Did a great job trimming back an overgrown hedge. Really appreciated the care they took to make sure no clippings ended up in the neighbour’s garden, and they left the site completely tidy. Reliable, neat, and easy to deal with, i’d definitely use them again.

I found Lewis to be friendly, professional and attentive. His staff, being Orien and Elise were very friendly and proficient. I was extremely happy with the cutting and trimming of trees and now I have more sunlight coming through. Lewis will be back to install instant lawn and am waiting in anticipation for the day. Lewis and his team did an exceptional job transforming two overgrown garden beds. Lewis' knowledge and expertise provided the best guidance on what will work best for the garden beds and how to revive the existing plants to make them look vibrant and healthy. Cannot recommend Lewis and his team highly enough.

From the moment I made the enquiry until the completion of the job Lewis and his team were so professional. The task was completed on time and to budget and the final outcome was better than expected

Lewis and his team were fantastic! Lewis came out to scope and assess our front and back yard and support us in coming up with ideas for our space that fit within budget. He was genuine, polite and helpful. He was honest and mindful of our budget and overall a lovely guy. Ollie and Daniel came out to do the work on our front and back and they worked so efficiently, respectfully and left everything clean and tidy (they had to take materials, weeds, stones etc through our home and you wouldn’t know it as there was not one single trace once they’d finished). We’ll be using grassroots for any future landscaping and maintenance and highly recommend them to our friends and family

Lewis has done a marvellous job returfing and fixing up a few other things in the garden. From the very beginning he has been responsive and caring with attention to detail. I am very happy with how his team presented themselves during the work. Thanks Grassroots!!

I don’t usually write detailed reviews, but this time I had to make an exception! Lewis and his team at Grassroots were nothing short of first-class. We’re selling a property and needed pavers lifted and re-laid, new garden beds installed, and a general tidy-up. From my initial conversation through to the quote and completion, the entire process was seamless, professional, transparent, honest, and excellent value.Lewis and Dan were on-site for four days, handling every detail with care and keeping me updated at each stage. Despite a tight timeline and the threat of rain, they worked long hours to get everything done, all while clearly enjoying what they do, which made having them onsite a pleasure. Once finished, they went the extra mile to ensure everything was cleaned up.Would I use Grassroots again? Absolutely! I’ve already booked them for work at our own home. So, if you need a landscaper in Melbourne, don’t waste time shopping around; Lewis is the one to call.

Lewis came to our home yesterday and totally transformed our backyard. I asked Lewis if I could leave a review. He may regret, as I’m the self proclaimed funniest person I know. Also have been known to talk under water! So has anyone played,HAVE YOU EVER? I haven’t, but today hopefully we’re all will!HAVE YOU EVER had a tradesperson, let alone the owner turn up to your home on time!HAVE YOU EVER had someone tell you that they could better utilise your funds WITHOUT then going over budget!HAVE YOU EVER had a quote that you could read and understand!HAVE YOU EVER had a company that doesn’t ask for 93% deposit!HAVE YOU EVER had a company that trusts that you’ll pay.HAVE YOU EVER had any trade etc treat you with so much respect that you want to adopt them all!HAVE YOU EVER thought, how can anyone redeem this backyard?Well this young man Lewis, is the epitome of a true gentleman and fresh ideas. His team are well trained very respectful and are able to work autonomously. After the magic happens they clean up after themselves.I’ll have them back again once I pull everything out, and surprisingly ring Lewis with a far fetched story “omg a bear ate the plants!”Yes I’ve used humour, but I swear I did shop around. Three (3) tradies quoted over the phone without looking at the job. One (1) turned up the wrong day. First impressions do matter!PS….. 3 drink coffee, one water. Lewis wanted sugar, due to tariffs I charged him.I think I took 45c, no hate please. Business is business…
