John is great! So professional and friendly and clearly cares about his business and customers. A proud small business owner who has excellent follow thru and communication. He cleaned the construction mess off our windows recently (stickers were on windows, sawdust and drywall bits smashed in the tracks, etc) …some windows 30ft up! I appreciate his honesty and not cutting corners when he realized the job was more than anticipated and would take longer than outlined. He clearly communicated so I knew the expectation and completed the job beyond my expectations.

RadPad is an incredible service! We had them come by our place to do an exterior prep prior to selling our house. Not only did they provide a huge array of services (fence repair, window cleaning, drip system install, concrete clean) they also recommended areas I should focus on to make the house show as well as possible. Super efficient too! Did huge list of things back to back in a single day, which was critical for our timeline. Very flexible on scheduling too. Was able to move other appointments around to come back a second time for some other work I requested and worked around my showings. I highly recommend to anyone selling their house, or anyone who wants their house to look a lot better. We’ll definitely be calling him again for the new place and probably at my parent’s house too. Amazing service and value!
