I am a Chattanooga native and have always heard of and seen The Blind Lady’s vans and advertisements. I thought it was a great marketing tool, but I had never used them until recently. The source we had used for years had recently retired and we had a tough time knowing where to go for any projectsThat’s all changed.Phillip and his crew are simply the best. We had a somewhst challenging (to us) project and didn’t really know what we wanted in our sunroom.. if anything. It took us about 2 years to really make the decision and it was 2 years too long. We had great experiences with the Blind Lady. We started with custom curtains and then they did plantation shutters. Then they recovered our dining room chairs and benches. Everything was done with excellent care and quality. We love the Service.Caroline is excellent to work with along with the excellent installers.We will be customers for life.

We used the Blind Lady a few years ago to have our upstairs home office windows tinted. We took pics and measured the windows and within a week a gentlemen came out and installed the tint to the windows and its perfect. We are going again next week to pick out some blinds and have a storm door tinted as well. I recommend them to anyone

Nancy, The Blind Lady, is the nicest person you will ever meet. She knows her stuff, too.Our home’s plantation shutters are of impeccable quality and the shutters’ colors matched the existing paint window trim, perfectly.Plantation shutters were also added to our home’s large, double front doors. So precise was the craftsmanship, once completed, the door shutters looked like came off the factory floor with the doors themselves rather than looking obviously added-on after-the-fact.

When we went to The Blind Lady we really didn't know what we wanted. They showed us samples of what they had in their showroom and then made an appointment to have someone come to the house and help us pick out what would go best with our log home. They ordered what we picked out and came back and installed it. We got great advice and great service! I wold recommend them to anyone!

I ordered decorative roller blinds for my whole house and four years later still get compliments on them. There are so many great selections that the hardest part of the process is choosing one. But what has really sold me on this company is the customer service. When I had an issue with one blind (manufacturer error) four years after my purchase, Nancy was incredibly responsive and did not rest until the problem was resolved. Usually once companies have your money, they respond slowly, if at all. Definitely not the case with The Blind Lady. I've been very impressed with the service I've received.

They are hard working professionals and stand behind their products. Remember it takes a few weeks for the product to come in because it is a custom product to fit your home.
