We had our roof replaced in July of 2024 after some storm damage earlier in the spring. Out of all the bids and correspondence with different companies we felt that Roof - it was the best company to do the tear out and replacement of the roof. We also had old gutters and downspouts torn out and new put on at the same time. David was fantastic working with. He is honest, transparent, worked with the insurance company and explained everything . If you had any obstacles or questions he would work with you and answer. The crew was great, efficient and worked hard to get the job done. We did have some issues with some piping afterwards but they came back and made it right. Its holding up well and looks great!

David and his team did a great job patching my roof and handling a few other small repairs. They were quick, professional, and easy to work with. David is a top-notch professional! Definitely recommend.

My home is 9 years old and my shingles were mostly worn out. I had Roof-It inspect my roof and we they determined that there was a manufacturing defect with the shingles. They helped me with the warranty submission including pulling two shingles to send to the manufacturer. We received a settlement from the manufacturer and Roof-It came out and replaced my entire roof on a Saturday just to fit me in their schedule. This is the only roofing company I can recommend. They are professional, they know their stuff and they are supper honest in all they do. I have referred them many times and all those I have referred them to have been super happy.

Had issues with ventilation pipes from the start and refused to take responsibility, once they “fixed” the problem I had water damage to drywall. Claimed they put a cover on ventilation pipe and never did don’t expect a return call the price is cheaper for a reason.

From obtaining a quote to the completed job the process was quick and efficient. Tim helped with the inspection and estimate, he offered suggestions on the color selection and answered all of our questions relative to the products and the warranty.David scheduled the installation crew and delivery of materials. The crew worked quickly and professionally to rip off the existing roof, install all of the new products, and perform a very detailed clean up of the area.I highly recommend Roof-It, Inc. for your complete roofing needs.
