First Class! Top Notch! Everything occurred as promised and on time.I travel for work, so I was a bit apprehensive about not being there(most of the time), at first. They didn’t miss a beat. Taylor updated me each day, with necessary pictures. I felt much better after just a day or two.Demolition, new electric(including new electrical panel required by updated code[old panel was 58 years old]), updated plumbing(by code), cabinet install, quartz countertops, and new under mounted 16g SS sink and faucet.Permitting took 90-100 days, but that’s city government. Start to finish: 3 weeks(M-F), again, as promised. Size 12’x14’(1 bedroom condo).If I could rate Taylor Bush and his Phoenix Remodeling a 6 out of 5, I would.Blown away!

We contracted with Phoenix to remove old and install new ceramic tile floors, remodel the kitchen, paint the interior, and remove popcorn from the ceiling. We worked with Taylor as our General Contractor. We are very happy at how the final product came out. The project came in on-time and at the budget we agreed on at the beginning of the project. What I was most impressed with was very high quality of work and attention to detail. We love our new house and are happy with the outcome.

We had our bathroom remodeled by Phoenix Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. From the beginning, Taylor was great to work with. He was always easy to reach, answered our questions, and made the whole process much easier than we expected.One thing that really stood out was how much he cared about the finished product. During the final walkthrough, Taylor noticed a few small things that most people probably wouldn’t have even picked up on. Instead of letting them slide, he had his crew come back and make everything perfect until it met his own expectations. That really showed us how much pride he takes in his work and the quality of his company.The crew was professional, the workmanship was excellent, and they kept everything as clean as possible throughout the project.
