Other pool companies were not able to diagnose or fix the problems we have had over the years, but Mark and his team have always known and have done a great job taking care of our pool over the years.

Perfect Pools has opened and closed my 20x40 in ground gunite pool since 2000. 26 years. During that time they have installed a gas fired heater, a new filter, a pump, speced and installed a custom cover with tie downs drilled into the concrete deck, as well as repairs as needed. They are timely with service calls and very reasonable. Mark, the owner, has had his son help since he was a young child and who has the experience of a seasoned tradesman and may now be a co-owner?

Peyton is super responsive and has done a great job opening, closing and maintaining our pool and it’s always super clean!

Updating to a 5 as they've been back to update the new system so it's working properly once we separately tested the water and added sufficient salt, chemicals, and new filters.Thus far we're back to crystal clear water even after numerous swims, which wasn't thinkable the last few summers.

Update - I learned that good communication is important for the best customer service. I wish they would have learned this too. It seemed the longer I used them the poorer the communication. They really burst my bubble since my initial 5 star review.Perfect Pools lives up to their name! Peyton is a Rockstar!
