I have used this company several times and they are always there when you need them. In my experience they are there the next day for sure. The only company I use.

Friday night, Memorial Day weekend and my kitchen ! sink was backed up! Bad timing. I called LCI plumbing and Heather was very helpful and spent time listening to my failed diy attempts. It seemed like the blockage was farther back than I could get to. Pro help was needed. She sent Chris out and sure enough, the blockage was way farther than expected. Chris and his assistant did a wonderful job and I can enjoy my weekend. Thank you all for being easy to deal with and for the helpful suggestions moving forward. It was a pleasure to do business with you. I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, but when I do, I will certainly call you! Thanks again.

We had a full septic system. Prompt arrival and friendly staff and owners. Felt like we were dealing with a friendly neighbor rather than a business. Chris didn’t try to upsell me on anything but gave me his opinion and let me know they were available to help or even give some guidance or advice if needed. Definitely on my phone list for a plumber when needed.

They came within an hour of my call and did the job in less than 30 minutes. They are the best and I'm so glad I found them.

Chris helped me replace four toilet seats. It ended up taking a bit of back and forth, and both he and Heather at the desk were incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful. Chris did an excellent job explaining everything I needed to know about the seats and installed them well and in a timely manner. We were very happy with LCI Plumbing and would absolutely use them again!

Chris and Heather have been amazing! Heather is so sweet and accommodating for scheduling. This is our second time using LCI. I receive constant updates regarding the appointment, updates when someone is on the way and Chris provides thorough explanations of what the problem is and how it’s being addressed. We used LCI for pumping our septic and jetting our plumbing lines after. Can’t go wrong with using LCI.

I had an emergency on Sunday and LCI came promptly and resolved my issue. Could not be more pleased.

Had issues with my drain field over the weekend called the emergency line and they were able to come right out and fix it.

Repaired air bladder, and replaced plastic piping PVC for the well system came out within a few hours of my phone call had me taken care of the next day. Awesome Service they did a great job.
