SmartHub247 is a game changer! The system's complete integration allowed me to get rid of piece-meal programs like a separate calendar, email campaign programs, and my contact database. No more compatibility headaches for a non-tech person like me! The AI Assistant is awesome at picking up every call when you can't, and it even prompts the caller to book an appointment. I haven't used this tool to it's potential, but several of the other users I know have increased their close rate exponentially because of it. The team has been very responsive to my many questions during ramp up. Depending upon the package you choose, there's a whole user community as well. I can't say enough -- small business owners and sole proprietors need to look at this system.
