Julie is amazing. My 13 year old daughter had acne & congestion and after only 3 teen treatment facials so far and with the recommended products and continued home care her skin is now looking radiant and clear. They are very knowledgeable, listened to my skin concerns and came up with a personalised treatment plan which suits me perfectly. The ladies Julie and Nicolle are lovely at Medi spa, always polite and helpful. I recently booked an appointment for Profhilo with Nurse Martin who started recommending I should get a masseter tox as he notice that I am clenching my teeth even while talking to him. He said its more a health reason he recommends not cosmetic, and he is surprised that my dentists have not told me I have a grinding problem. I asked him if this will change my face shape, or affect my smile in any way. He replied that he has been doing this for 24 years and has never had a patient say its affected their smile. I feel gullible to have trusted his recommendation and went ahead with the masseter along with the Profhilo. My smile changed!!! I have drooping jowls and cheek fold that cover my smile. I passed on my feedback to him and the team. He then explains that there is always a risk of that, AFTER the consequences I have to face. Had he explained that before I would never risk such a treatment. When I went for my second dose of Profhilo treatment, he misbehaved with me in the room calling me manipulative to talk to the rest of the team and complaining to them. Without me even speaking a word he keeps going on and on about I will not give you any refunds or discounts, I had not even finished my sentence and asked him will you please let me speak? He shoved off his gloves angrily and asks me to leave his room because he doesn't want to treat clients like me. I was speechless and the most uncomfortable I have felt in my life. He slammed the door behind me. Extremely unprofessional, calling names to a client without even hearing their concerns. Not trustworthy, disrespectful and projecting hate in profession. Beyond disappointed.

I’ve been a customer of Nicolle’s at indulgence medi spa for about 15yrs now, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. The whole experience is delightful but most importantly, my skin looks amazing and so healthy. I always get compliments on how good my skin is. It’s the combination of great clinical treatments and advice on products to use at home that’s a winner for me. Plus they have great specials and a loyalty program, cannot recommend Indulgence Medi Spa highly enough!
