My Mattress-Buying Experience at SnoozeOn July 15th, I had a wonderful experience at the Snooze Mattress & Wellness Store in Fort Collins, thanks to Conor, the General Manager, and his associate, Cameron.Conor and Cameron provided exceptional customer service, professionalism, and personal attention. Conor, a Sleep Expert, was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses, and his attention to detail was outstanding. He took the time to listen to me and helped me choose an excellent, high-quality mattress.It took a couple of weeks for my mattress to arrive, but when it did, the delivery was seamless. They even removed and disposed of my old mattress and box springs, making the entire process very convenient.There was a small snafu with the bunkie board; Conor worked with me to resolve it. His commitment to making sure everything was right really stood out. He made sure the issue was taken care of, and I genuinely appreciated his follow-through.I would highly recommend buying a mattress from the Snooze Mattress & Wellness Store. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end, and I could not be happier with my new mattress.
