My wife and I have been miserable with our mattress. We went into Snooze to look. And we decided to buy the day of because Connor went above and beyond in detailing everything about the mattresses we looked at.There was no sales pressure whatever. It felt like our best friend was guiding us to make the best decision for us.

After weeks of looking for a mattress for my mom, we finally found one that she liked at Snooze. Conor was super helpful, having her try a few options based on her preferences and our budget, and answering our questions. I appreciate that there was no pressure when my mom decided she liked a mattress that wasn't the most expensive of the options. While I was a little disappointed that the "Dream Mapping" wasn't available during our visit, I would highly recommend Snooze.

My Mattress-Buying Experience at SnoozeOn July 15th, I had a wonderful experience at the Snooze Mattress & Wellness Store in Fort Collins, thanks to Conor, the General Manager, and his associate, Cameron.Conor and Cameron provided exceptional customer service, professionalism, and personal attention. Conor, a Sleep Expert, was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses, and his attention to detail was outstanding. He took the time to listen to me and helped me choose an excellent, high-quality mattress. It took a couple of weeks for my mattress to arrive, but when it did, the delivery was seamless. They even removed and disposed of my old mattress and box springs, making the entire process very convenient. There was a small snafu with the bunkie board; Conor worked with me to resolve it. His commitment to making sure everything was right really stood out. He made sure the issue was taken care of, and I genuinely appreciated his follow-through.I would highly recommend buying a mattress from the Snooze Mattress & Wellness Store. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end, and I could not be happier with my new mattress.

I've purchased at least five mattresses from this establishment for my several homes across the country. The smoothest experience ever and great people. That's why I keep coming back. Don't cheap out on where you sleep. Get good quality bedding.
