DO NOT BOOK! They are incredibly unprofessional. I hired them through Home Depot pro referrals to paint one bedroom in my home. The results were completely unacceptable, as demonstrated by the attached photos. After the painter finished, she calls her boss to collect my payment and he tries to charge me double the quoted price. This felt like a bait and switch. Before leaving, she spills half a gallon of paint onto my carpet, which caused permanent damage. I reached out to William, the owner, directly the next day. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the carpet damage has not been resolved and they have stopped responding altogether. Poor service, poor communication. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Less

The painter, Crystal, shows up an hour late and spends the next 6-7 hours painting one bedroom. The results were completely unacceptable as demonstrated by the attached photos. I expressed my disappointment and she said she could “touch up” the blemishes. Next, she calls her boss to collect my payment and he tries to charge me double the quoted price I received. This felt like a bait and switch. After producing the original quote document, I was charged the original quoted price. Before leaving, she spills half a gallon of paint onto my carpet which was unable to be completely removed. She tried to talk me into not notifying her boss regarding the situation. I reached out to William, the owner, directly the next day. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, my carpet damage has not been resolved and they have stopped responding altogether.
