Be careful with this Company SAE (Storm And Energy), make sure you read everything carefully, I sincerely regret signing the contract with Oscar Carillo If I knew all this was going to happen, I would have never signed it. Supposedly they went Bankrupt from August-November, 2023. Oscar didn’t answer calls or text, lost contact with them 08/10/2023-11/11/2023. Went to their office in Lewisville and a lady told me it had been closed for months. After 2 months and half, Oscar finally answered me, and told me, they will have a date for my Installation. Finally got my Roof Installation on 01/19/2024. They hired an unprofessional staff, and they damaged my Air conditioner line, also they made a hole on the ceiling in my kitchen area, I have pictures. They decided to change my decking replacement without an approval from my insurance. My insurance didn't want to pay for the decking so, William and Oscar went to my house, Mr. William Ordesch was so upset and start raised his voice, he told me that if I didn’t sign the contract with the public adjuster, he will sue me and he will make me pay for the 10K for the decking replacement. He forced me to sign, I didn’t have any other option, and he didn't win. Yesterday, I received a voice mail from Mr. Nate Roberts (Attorney & General Counsel) they want me to sign another contract a EZ Claims Solution Appraisal Aggreement, they want me to be responsible to pay the appraisal plus fees. If I refuse to sign they will put a lien on my property. This is not fair, after all they did to me and now this. This is a really bad experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone. They know this is true. And to top it off there is material that was still needed and I didn’t get that to this day.

10 out of 10 recommend! Oscar and his crew took care of my roof with great work and they even dealt with the insurance on the back end which made everything a breeze!

DO NOT BOOK! They are incredibly unprofessional. I hired them through Home Depot pro referrals to paint one bedroom in my home. The results were completely unacceptable, as demonstrated by the attached photos. After the painter finished, she calls her boss to collect my payment and he tries to charge me double the quoted price. This felt like a bait and switch. Before leaving, she spills half a gallon of paint onto my carpet, which caused permanent damage. I reached out to William, the owner, directly the next day. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the carpet damage has not been resolved and they have stopped responding altogether. Poor service, poor communication. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

DO NOT BOOK! Zero professionalism. The attached photos show their poor workmanship. I hired them through Home Depot pro referrals to paint one bedroom that I was remodeling. The painter, Crystal, shows up an hour late and spends the next 6-7 hours painting one bedroom. The results were completely unacceptable as demonstrated by the attached photos. I expressed my disappointment and she said she could “touch up” the blemishes. Next, she calls her boss to collect my payment and he tries to charge me double the quoted price I received. This felt like a bait and switch. After producing the original quote document, I was charged the original quoted price. Before leaving, she spills half a gallon of paint onto my carpet which was unable to be completely removed. She tried to talk me into not notifying her boss regarding the situation. I reached out to William, the owner, directly the next day. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, my carpet damage has not been resolved and they have stopped responding altogether. Poor service, poor communication. Do yourself a favor and avoid. Update: These people are liars. Someone responded to my review as if they were going to investigate my complaint, but they have not followed up and do not respect certain customers.
