Due to disability, I recently needed to have an entry system fitted. I contacted a number of local firms. Many didn't even reply, those that did said they were too busy currently. When I explained why I needed it fitted a couple agreed to get back to me, but Jamie was the only one that actually followed up on that. When he was able to come it wasn't a straightforward job, and he probably wished he hadn't. However, I was kept informed at every stage and I'm now able to safely provide access to help when it's needed and I really don't know what I'd have done if Jamie hadn't been as conscientious as he is about getting back to every enquiry. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

I was recommended to speak to Jamie from a neighbour who was very pleased with his work.Jamie has recently completed his work in wiring some new outdoor buildings and installing some new fuse boxes that were in a poor state of repair.I have to say that Jamie has been 100% professional in his methodical approach to his work and also being very flexible to some slight changes in our ongoing circumstances with additional work focussed on our safety.First class service. Jamie of Hayes Electrical was highly recommended to me through a retired work associate I trust. I was not disappointed. Jamie is professional, personable and knowledgeable. He refitted a bathroom light and an upper hallway fitting. He also repaired an outside double socket. He has good communication skills and comes across as very keen to do a good job for a fair price. He explains what needs doing and why while offering alternative solutions which I feel is important. I needed to call him back as I changed my mind about the lights and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone that is looking from anything minor to major rewiring or outdoor lighting. I would 100% recommemd Jamie to any of my family and friends.
