This is an amazing resource! The live chat feature is absolutely invaluable and will save you countless hours of time. One of my concerns was having access to human support. A lot of similar companies focus heavily on AI bots that just send you long help articles which, in the end, only advise you to check the most rudimentary of solutions - the equivalent of "Have you tried unplugging it and turning it back on?" With Extendly, you always, every single time, get connected to a real person immediately (all chats begin with an AI chat-bot, but you simply type "human" or "person" and it auto connects you to an employee). There is never any wait time. You are talking live to an employee within seconds. They always solve any problem that I have or help that I may need. If the problem ends up being a more complex case, they escalate to their dev team (super responsive and has never failed) and can also escalate to having Zoom meetings if needed. I can't say enough good things about this service. Highly recommended!
