I recent;y had the experience of purchasing a Hyundai Palisade from Cocoa Hyundai. It was one of the easiest and best experiencees I have had while purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman Jason was excellent from start to finish. I came in telling them that I was test driving and comparing several vehicles along with my son. We drove the vehicle and I told Jason I would be test driving the other vehicle that evening. There was no high pressure to make a deal right there and now. The GM Brian came out and asked me if I liked the Palisade and I told him what my plan was, including a potential deal being offered at the other dealer. He said he would match the deal if I came back and shook my hand. That evening we did come back I there was no need to haggle. They gave me the best deal in the state (yes I had campared) and a fair value for my trade. Jason explained everything abot the vehicle and offered his number if I had any questions. We completed two sales that night as my son also purchased a Palisade. Thank you for the wonderful no pressure experience and the great deal on our vehicles.

Morgan handled the entire registration process for my new lease in Rhode Island while I was here in Florida. What I thought was going to be a stressful, complicated nightmare turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.Because of Morgan, I did not have to drive my old lease or new lease all the way to Rhode Island just to handle registration. She saved me days of driving and thousands of dollars in gas, hotels, and travel expenses. No other dealership I spoke with was willing to take this on, but Morgan made it happen and made it seem easy.Her customer service was outstanding. She explained the entire process clearly, kept me updated from start to finish, and responded to my texts and calls quickly, often within seconds. When an issue came up involving a tag transfer versus registration, Morgan stepped in and worked with the third-party handlers and the Rhode Island DMV to resolve it. The issue was not Cocoa Hyundai’s fault, but Morgan still took ownership of it and saved the day.Because of that delay, I needed new temporary tags. Morgan arranged everything, and when I pulled up to the dealership, they were ready and waiting for me. The process could not have been easier.Morgan went through all the complexities, paperwork, and follow-up needed to complete a remote registration from Florida for Rhode Island tags. That is truly remarkable. I am so impressed with her professionalism, confidence, attention to detail, and expert communication skills.I am a military veteran, and I have very little patience for poor customer service. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.We drove six hours from out of state, and my wife traveled through the night with our 1-year-old and 2-year-old specifically to make an 8:20 AM service appointment. Shelly scheduled the appointment, and we planned our entire trip around that time because we’re only in town for two days. When my wife arrived on time, she was first told there was no appointment at all. After more confusion and back-and-forth, they finally discovered the appointment had somehow been changed to 12:40 PM. We were never notified of any change. Because of this, an entire day of our already short trip has been wasted. We didn’t drive six hours and coordinate travel with two toddlers just to spend the day waiting because of a scheduling error that wasn’t ours. To make matters worse, this visit was also supposed to address a problem caused during our previous visit. After the body shop replaced our windshield, our interior lights began working intermittently. We also scheduled routine maintenance, including an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter replacement. When I asked if they could make any accommodation since this was clearly a scheduling issue on their end, I was told no. There was no effort to move us up, no meaningful apology, and no attempt to recognize the inconvenience their mistake caused. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of respect for the time, planning, and coordination it took for us to make this appointment. We drove six hours, traveled overnight with two small children, and arranged our entire visit around the appointment we were given. None of that seemed to matter. Whether we had driven ten minutes or six hours from another state, we were treated as though our time had no value. That’s not how customers should be treated. This will be my last visit after this appointment, and I won’t be recommending this service department to anyone. I sincerely hope management takes customer service more seriously than what we experienced.

Very unprofessional, the scam is the recalls. Take your car in for the free recall, but check your vehicle documentation before doing any suggested additional work, because they have consistently tried to get me to do work that is not necessary. They are probably just faking the jobs too, because they are suggesting work that isn't needed. If they will lie about one thing they will lie about another. When you don't do the unnecessary work, they get mad.Very UNPROFESSIONAL.
