After stressing about the process and logistics of turning in my Hyundai Palisade, I ended up in the best possible situation with Cocoa Hyundai and Tim Grieves. I am practicing life as a snowbird and bouncing between Rhode Island and Cocoa Beach, Florida. With my lease coming due, I was unsure whether it made more sense to lease again or buy the vehicle. To make the decision even more complicated, I was torn between working with my dealership back in Rhode Island or handling everything through Cocoa Hyundai.After getting estimates at both locations, I decided to go with Tim and Cocoa Hyundai, and I am so glad I did. I had dealt with Mark before and requested him by name every time I brought my previous lease in for routine maintenance. Mark and Susan Loaiza at the Service Desk worked tirelessly to make sure my new vehicle had the elective work completed properly. They communicated throughout the process and met the agreed-upon dates and timelines I needed.Everything was done just right, and I could not be happier. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Cocoa Hyundai. Managers will lie to your face just to get you in the door then try to pull the rug out from under you. Had a deal for Hyundai to buy my truck after sending detailed photos of the whole thing inside and out, manager promised they wouldn’t bait and switch/haggle me on price when I came in due to cosmetics, then drove there just for the price to be $2k lower than the managers promise. Just your typical car salesmen, stay away.

This was the easiest, low pressured purchase we have made in a vehicle. JB was informative, polite and the best salesman we have had with any car purchase. Our experience in every area was great. As for as our Palisade, we are enjoying the safety features, and the feel of a luxury vehicle for such a great price.

I went into Cocoa Hyundai not looking to buy myself a new ride only to look around. Chuck became my salesman. I told him I was only there to look and he was fine with that-- we took a 2026 Tucson gas model out for a spin and it was nice I told him I was not new to the Tucson family having had a 2019 model in the past. Then I drove the Hybrid and fell in love. Chuck ran some numbers by me and I told him I would have to think about it. He wasn't pushy (win in his column). He called me back the next day--gave me some new numbers told him thanks but no thanks--I just wasn't ready to pull the trigger just yet--he told me ok when you are YOU call ME fair enough (another win in his column) Then I did call him with my absolute out the door bottom price and the dealer accepted my price---gave me exactly what I wanted for my 2022 Tacoma. Kurt the sales manager was great to work with as well. From in the door with trade in to out the door with a very clean show room shiny new car was less than 2 hours (a win in Kurt's column) even after all the "sign here" paperwork. I had a 5 Star experience with Cocoa Hyundai--Stop by and ask for CHUCK he's a lot of fun to work with He gave me his card and told him to call him if I had any questions about the car or to come straight up to the lot ANY TIME another win his Chucks column

Awful experience with the service department. They have had my car for 7 months due to a backordered part with no estimate of when it will be available. This is unacceptable. They take no responsibility (telling me it is corporate). Theur responses to a previous review was deceptive, they did not contact me or do anything to assist my situation.

Auto body repair- John has the ability to help you through the repairs needed from accidents. Great personality, patient , great communication. Goes out of his way and Always willing to help .The body work is amazing they really pay attention to detail on the repairs even adjusting an older cars color to be sure it all fades together . Working with Rod Cote at Cocoa Hyundai was great from start to finish. He took interest in the situation that had me in the market, did an excellent job showing the car, worked effectively with management on pricing and was extremely helpful with all the new apps and phone interfaces amidst the delivery. He even picked me up a good distance away and brought me to the dealer to pick up the car, which was a big and unexpected help for my situation. Chris in finance was also very accommodating and made the delivery process especially easy.

The service department for Cocoa Hyundai is great...5 stars. The sales department only 2. Had the worse buying a car experience. The salesman did not listen to us and kept trying to give us vehicles that did not match our desires. Kept making promises and finally offered us a vehicle that was out of our price range. Also ignored us by not keeping us informed during the search process. Bottom line Cocoa Hyundai lost a sale.
