Andres was fantastic. Very low pressure and gives you the space and freedom to make the best decision for your family. Andres listened to what we were looking for and showed us several different vehicles until we found the perfect one. Was under the impression that the total cost of the service would be $176.00. When I tried to verify, I received a vague answer that made it seem as though I was correct. Later, I found out that this amount was only the cost for the car inspection. Unfortunately, I had not been observant enough and signed a consent form for the inspection alone, so there was nothing that could be done. I would expect a clear explanation when asked what I am signing for—no “ifs” or “maybes,” just a straightforward answer.
