6 MILLION DOLLAR+ CASE worthless to this firm that is unethical and unprofessional in my opinion , in my opinion they threatened, deceived, coerced & forced me to settle for less than 1/2 of economic losses. Damaged my entire family relationship.🚨🚨 IMO, beware of David Jansky, Michael Schroeder, & Joe Gioffrie.Disparging remarks of my employer & grandmother from the start of my case, destroying my support system and family dynamics.Charged improper fees that directly contradict their own fee agreement. Tried to charge more than their fee agreement, had to demand a return of funds.Refused to provide client file upon request (fyi this is client property)Refused to stop work when told they are fired.Refused to provide a itemized bill when requested.Stay away. In my opinion they are the worst.This is review is my opinion based off my experience. In the near future, I will upload recorded conversations & video.-attorney client privilege - LOL- they unlawfully withdrew & interfered with my case so I was forced to work with them.You’ve been warned.

Great sales pitch, no communication, unless you call. For 7 months after accident , he didn’t call to check in, I wasn’t even sure he representing me or not. Makes deals with my insurance company got a check that I didn’t see. He already had the figures before he got my insurance to pay out. I lost my car, went to chiropractor for months..I got hit by 2 cars. Not my fault. Totaled my car.( 2 years old by the way. )20,900$ damage to my car.Do yourself a favor, keep looking. I totally loved working with Joe Gioffre, David Jansky, and the rest of the team. They kept in touch, even during COVID-19 closings. The entire office was awesome. When I'd call, I was always greeted as though I was a friend, not just a client. Someone was always available to talk to me. But I didn't have to call often because I never once felt that I was forgotten about. They reached out to me. I also have to add, that I was very comforted with the settlement.
