I had my training today, and it was absolutely amazing. I learned so many things, especially through hands-on practice. I’ve always heard the saying “practice makes perfect,” and today I truly experienced it.The environment was very friendly and welcoming. The training lasted almost seven hours, but I honestly never felt bored or sleepy. That’s all thanks to our trainer. Joy, who delivered the training, gave us incredible lessons. She is a very kind-hearted person and explained everything so clearly, using many real-life examples throughout the session.Overall, it was a wonderful and enriching experience.

The Manual handling training has been educative and more help I got from the Trainer Joy today. The Golden rules “ Never support the client weight”. Which actually open my entire understanding of been a carer does not mean you should stop client from falling which actually will put you and the client into more risk than expected.
