He wrote up an estimate and sent it to our insurance company. He met with a new adjuster and got us our entire roof approved along with all of our gutters.The roof was done in less than a day and the gutters installed 2 days later, in a couple of hours- both of which were cleaned up very nicely.No hiccups at all for either project.Before we started the roof replacement, everything was explained well so we knew what to expect. Like everyone’s own Life’s Journey we each experience those occasional, let’s call them “speed bumps” along the way. Some of them are minor and then there are those situations that are so stressful, it places you in that area where you think you’re going to totally loose it! That’s the situation we have been living through recently. We recently noticed a baseboard in our living room on a shared wall with our kitchen had come loose. When I went to nail it back on it fell off exposing an area that was wet and saturated with mold. As it turned out, our 3 year old, top of the line KitchenAid Dishwasher had been leaking water. It was determined that it had been leaking for an extremely long time. Our living room is two steps down from our kitchen. So of course the water drain down and underneath my new, beautiful, very expensive hard wood floors. Of course water soaked hardwood over a long period of time creates a perfect environment for mold to grow, which is what happened, everywhere! Panicked, I contacted our insurance company, who recommended that we contacted Shamrock Restoration, from Delray Beach, Florida. It was on that first call that I had the opportunity to discuss my Disaster with a gentleman by the name of, Johnny. He most certainly was a very friendly and very courteous person. But even more that those characteristics, his professionalism, knowledge, but most importantly his ability to explain a very detailed restoration process in simple, easy to understand terminology was excellent. Dan McNellen, the Service Team, Manager and his team arrived the very next day to begin the extensive process of removing the majority of my new hardwood floors and proceeding to complete the tedious process of removing more mold than I had ever seen in my entire 68 year. All of their skills, expertise, and their attention to detail was absolutely phenomenal. What was even more amazing to me was that during the entire process they kept my family and my safety, and our needs and comfort a priority also. I’ve not only written this review for Shamrock Restoration, I’ve also advised them that can utilize me as a personally satisfied customer that they can have prospective new clients personally contact by phone.
