Updated!Just came back into town and demanded to go back the the Best and most authentic Sushi ever! They have the best sushi and best Sashimi. Great to bring someone that doesnt like seafood or sushi. You can get your top tier sushi and their shaking beef and chicken is amazing!

The food was fantastic and the service even greater!!! We went here on Valentines and gave a suggestion to our server and they were so welcoming of it and even gave us dessert on the house!! We went again for my dad’s birthday and had such a phenomenal service from our server Lily L. She had such a warm presence and was so hospitable, she made our night so memorable!! Highly recommend Chopfuku!

I feel like it’s hard to find really good sushi in SLC. This place was absolutely incredible! My wife and I ordered several rolls and all were delicious. Favorite was the best in the box. Awesome presentation with a smoky reveal🤘

We went here for a special family event and was so happy we did! Lily was our server and was so attentive. The food was really good. We love the decor and one thing a few in our party mentioned was how nice the music was. Chopfuku gets the details right! Check it out.

This restaurant is delightful!! The restaurant is elegantly decorated and has an authentic Japanese feel to it. Calming music for me as I explored the new menu (at least to me). I arrived just before 5 o'clock so there was light traffic at the restaurant, enough people to give it a well-attended field, but not overly busy. I was addressed by multiple staff members and greeted with a smile after smile, and invited to ask any questions about their food.I ended up ordering a Sapporo beer, pour in a chilled glass after it arrived. I also have a simple spicy tuna roll, and one of their signature rolls, the Chopfuku. It sure presented well on the board. Not only did it look great, it tasted delicious. Plus, the staff complimented me with the miso soup and mango gelato for dessert! Thoroughly impressed with my experience. I have to bring my girlfriend next time.

We visited on Valentine’s Day, so they were offering a limited menu, but overall we had a really nice experience. The sushi was very good — I ordered the Chopfuku roll, which has spicy tuna, and some bites definitely had a nice kick to them. My husband ordered several pieces of nigiri and really enjoyed the freshness and quality.The house salad had great flavor, though it made me a little nostalgic for Japan, where most restaurants include a small salad with each meal. It would have been a nice touch here as well.We brought our daughter with us, and while she happily enjoyed the rice, we were a bit surprised there weren’t any children’s options on the limited menu — especially since we saw at least six other kids dining there that evening.The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, creating a great atmosphere for a special night out, and the servers were all attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Overall, a very good experience with just a couple small things that could make it even better.

My husband and I came to Chopfuku for the first time to try their diamond omakase tasting experience! It was delicious (I attached a photo of every course we received). One star knocked off because the overall service and ambiance was on par or maybe even lower than much more casual restaurants (I felt it should have been on a bit of a higher level due to price). The food was super yummy though!! They did forget about my husband’s nut allergy and brought us dessert with almonds but it was quickly mediated. I would come here again!

Excellent food, service and beautiful atmosphere! One of the best sushi restaurants we’ve ever been to… and we’ve been across the country and out off country!
