Very satisfied with our encounter with a member of Solis Energy. Shaun Tucker came out in the late evening in order to help us understand how TrueUp works and thoroughly go over our PG&E bill as well as how to navigate the website to understand where we could be saving/when energy is being consumed. He asked what our plans were with our current home and based on this, the viable options we had. Went into great detail with my husband and I (who notoriously ask MANY questions) and he answered them all with full transparency. We went over different quotes pertaining to the options mentioned above, without agreeing to any changes at this time. Would recommend Shaun Tucker again anytime.

Shaun and Frank came to our home a few months back when we were in a tight situation with our PGE bill. Without doing any business initially, Shaun walked us through multiple steps to lower our PGE bill and even remove some of the past debt! We were honestly shocked they took the time to do this for us when we didn't even qualify for anything at the time. Fast forward to when we were in a much better spot...we called up Shaun and he set us up with a great system and a great deal. Frank and his extensive knowledge in solar made things easy to understand. The install was done quickly and top quality. I could not be more happy.
