Kendle is the consummate professional. She drafted the design for a complete rebuild of our kitchen, dining room, and family room. This was our first time using Anz Design Studio. The project was to convert our lanai into an office at our house in Dunedin, Florida. Kendle and her team have been absolutely amazing to work with. We are going through a major home renovation with connecting a detached structure to our existing home, adding a new addition, and reconfiguring our home layout. Kendle has been with us every step of the way. She started consultation pre-variance requirement and provided guidance during that process (I did this myself, but this is a service she will represent her clients for and is probably recommended in my opinion now that I have gone through it).After obtaining our variance, Kendle began with a design phase where she really listened to our family's needs for the new space. We had a few different options presented to us and she was extremely patient with the changes we wanted to see from the original design presented. Her team helped us go through the permitting process as well, which was seamless.We are currently in the construction process, and her plans are extremely detailed that it has made the construction process a very smooth project thus far. There have been a few instances where my trades have needed some clarification on the plans and Kendle has responded promptly every time to avoid any delays.I have had numerous trades make comments about the detail of the plans and how well created they were, which is a true compliment to Kendle and her team. Intelligent, quick, and great to work with!We had plans done for a commercial property and residential property. They are super kind and out going. they worked amazingly with our contractors and was quick to make changes if needed. Even the contractors were super happy with the plans. they were super intelligent when it came to the building codes and working with the county. I will definitely be referring them and using them in the future for future projects.
