Booked in with one of the students as I was feeling a lot of groin pain whilst dancing, she give me a few different stretches which really helped with releasing the muscles and then gave me a deep muscle message which felt amazing. Overall very good experience

I am currently completing my physiotherapy placement at the Movement Clinic, which has been an incredibly valuable experience for my development. I have already learnt so much from John and Ashleigh, whose expert knowledge and skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy have really helped develop my clinical reasoning and confidence.The Movement Clinic provides excellent care for its patients, taking the time to listen and deliver personalised treatment. I have also had the opportunity to strengthen my MSK clinical skills while working with the dancers at Dance City, which has been a fantastic learning experience.Overall, the guidance and support I have received from John and Ashleigh has been invaluable to my physiotherapy development.Thank you!
