It started with the call to the Spotless office in Pleasanton, where Monica answered the call and in a very friendly and helpful manner, gave me a quote for the cleaning effort. Daniel arrived within the window period and like the previous time, was very professional and even remembered that he cleaned our carpets 2 years ago. He explained the process and steps to get the carpets cleaned this time, and was very flexible to ensure our pets are taken care of, and not be frightened as he was working through the rooms. I appreciated how he was careful working around the larger furniture and made extra effort on the areas where there were darker spots due to heavy foot traffic. I would say between Monica service call and Daniel’s visit, these two employees come across very friendly, helpful and happy to work for the company, and did an excellent job to ensure I get value for money. Extremely expensive. Over priced. Not worth it at all. == update : I booked the service under a different account using a different name. It doesn't mean I didn't book your service. While the cleaning was completed, it did not meet my expectations for the price point of nearly $1500. I then used a different local company for another property, and they provided a more reasonable price while keep my place truly spotless. My advice to consumers is to schedule consultations with several cleaning companies before making a final decision. Less

Daniel provided excellent service. He was our savior. This was our last effort to clean our carpets before succumbing to purchasing all new carpets throughout the house. We were hoping the cleaning could get us through the holiday entertainment season. To our astonishment, after the carpet restoration service was completed, the carpets looked new. We have been using spotless for years now, and they have always done a fabulous job.
