The technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and he did an excellent job!Our family room carpet had suffered from a large dog, a small child, and our own antics of eating and drinking on the couch. It's an off-white carpet, and it looked like it was time to replace it. We decided to have Spotless clean it instead to see if it could be saved, and we're so glad we did! It looks completely refreshed. The cleaning process was very professional and efficient.
