True Grind Systems has been an amazing experience for my child. The private training is high quality, structured and focused on real skill development. The coaches are patient, encouraging and they truly know how to work with kids at every level.What I love most is how they build confidence while also pushing athletes to improve with the right technique and mindset. My child left sessions motivated and excited to go back.

True Grind is truly a great place. Brandon and Ian have created an environment that these young athletes can go and get their work in and be trained by guys that truly care about their well being. They also are motivated to help each individual accomplish his or her dreams and goals. That's hard to find this day and age. I've had two kids go through there and will be adding my third next year when he begins high school. Really appreciate all that they do and can't thank them enough.

This is a great spot. Brandon, Ian, and Travis all create an incredibly positive atmosphere for young men and women of all skill levels to improve their physical performance and build confidence. The kids support each other through little things like fist bumping another athlete they don’t know when they set a new PR on a split, Brandon and team hold athletes accountable when the athletes are slacking and tailor skill development based on how athletes are progressing. Love the environment they have created and recommend it for everyone looking to be a better version of themselves

Brandon, Ian, Eric and the entire crew at True Grind have done an amazing job with helping athletes increase their performance at their sports. They are definitely one of the main reasons why I have been able to have a career as a professional baseball player. I have worked with Brandon since 2012 and he has helped me through my high school, collegiate, and professional career as a pitcher. Fantastic place. My son has been working out there for almost a year now and he has loved every workout. He's done the speed classes with Travis, and an entire customized program with Brandon, Taylor, and Ian. The coaches do a great job of pushing the kids in the right way. It's all positive reinforcement and encouragement without letting them make excuses. The environment is welcoming and everyone is respectful. My son is young for their typical athletes, and he never felt out of place.
