I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the Gallup Strengths during the two days course and hope to apply what I have learnt into my work, school and personal lives (I.e., When communicating with people and finding ways to grow as a person). It helps one to be more self-aware of one’s and others strengths. Another important learning point for me is, “Treat other people how they want to be treated.” Each of us have our own preferred treatment. What works for us may not work for others and vice versa. Through learning about other strengths, it teaches people our strengths and how to empower our strengths. Self-awareness and awareness of others is key.Thank you Andre Tan for being such a great coach during the session.
