Although I did not schedule an appointment with Jason, I had to come on and just say what a nice guy! We do not live in the twin cities metro area so to have him come out for a small job wasn't an ideal situation. He even offered some suggestions for the situation I was dealing with. I can tell you if in the future, I need any carpets or upholstery cleaned... I would definitely call! It's always nice in this day and age, to deal with people who are kind, and have integrity. I’ve had Jason over at Clean Image Carpet & Upholstery clean my homes carpet in Stillwater and my vehicle carpet for the last 3 years. I typically like getting those things done at least twice per year once in the spring and again in the fall. Jason always does a phenomenal job! He is polite, detail oriented, and really strives to deliver a professional and satisfactory experience! I’ve dealt with pet smells having two dogs and a cat, one being older who occasionally would have an accident or two which the quick name brand carpet cleaner could mask but not fully eliminate the smell or stain. After getting the Carpets done through Jason, the carpet not only looks great and like new, but also smells fresh and clean as well which is a huge bonus for when I have guests over. I have had Jason clean my car carpets (scented with spilled chicken juices), my futon bed (grandkid's overnight accident) my bedroom and hall carpets (just normal dirt) and he's always done a fabulous job. He is accommodating on schedules and easy to work with! This last cleaning he really came through. The Lab I was dog-sitting loves marrow bones and had made quite a mess of my office carpet. I really thought the carpet would have to go but Jason cleaned it, all the stains are gone along with the stink. I should have taken a before picture to show the huge difference. He also cleaned my sofa and loveseat on the same day. I have been really pleased with every cleaning he has done for us.
