I am very saddened to hear of some bad feelings towards The Cedars group. While I may of, at the time hated it there, and that I was told a lot of plain truths in a very hard "truthful" way, but that's just it....the truth hurts. I needed to hear the cold, hard truth about who I was in order for me to see what change needed to be done for my family...it was no longer about me but about them. I'm 9 months clean and I couldn't have done it without The Cedars who introduced me to a very powerful 12 step program and the path to my recovery after 25 years of addiction and several stints in rehabs all over the country.

Well I could say a lot hey about this place. But thank you to everyone who was there fight my addiction. Thanks to Stelio, if possible i would love to thank him personally myself and to all the staff members including Keith, everyone you played a role in my life to being the person that I am today. May Gof bless you and well its been 6 years now and still going. Definetly I've achieved more than i thought i would in this 6 years even though I'm not where I'm supposed to be but I'm grateful for the little I have. I always say this to people that this has got to be the best rehab centre in the world because wow, everything about it is amazing. Thank you guys keep up the good work that you do. The knowledge i got from this place was amazing. even though i didn't finish my 12 steps because i took a different path but i am proud to say that a women i have become is a product of this place

Between the hills of Natal and the Cedars. I found a place at first scared of entering, leaving with a sense of self control and the bright outlook that there is a place and future for me to presue. I had all but hope and the fresh air and staffing gave it back.

If you are serious about getting help and are willing to go to any measures to get it then this is the best facility for you. I’ve been doing it one day at a time for nearly 8 years now all thanks to the Cedars.

was one of the best times of my life the year and a half I spent at cedars and the halfway house. Did thorough and challenging stepwork and went on a journey of self discovery, never learnt so much about myself as I did in that time of my life. Only problem I had was coming off my medication which in time proved severely detrimental, but I gave it a chance in a sage place and now know I'm one of the few recovering addicts that does infact need psychiatric medication. That aside I really connected with so many like minded ppl and for the first time in my life learnt about true healthy friendship. Getting my reality in treatment was uncomfortable to say the least but opened the door to self healing and growth. Much of what I learnt in Cedars is what I apply in my recovery today. after 21 years of drug addiction I thought I was doomed to use to the death but now I have a way out, a strong solution with my foundation from which I built in 'the house on the hill' much luv to all the patients and staff, keep changing and renewing lives.
