Lovely venue, the chapel and gardens are beautiful, the marquee looked amazing all lit up great service and food. It was a pleasure to attend a family wedding at this venue.

We had our wedding here last week 19 October, great venue, very easy to deal with everything went smooth on the day the girls were very helpful in every way possible, loads of positives to take away from this place, we had a fantastic day . only few small negatives, there was a constant smell of sewerage out front garden of homestead due to sewer tanks are right in garden just few metres from building, where theses tanks are is where our guests stayed and had drinks and food for 1hr while we had photos taken, theses tanks are always venting gas which is normal but the where abouts where they are situated is right in the busy area where ppl are. There should have being a water fountain turned on outside the front of chapel as ceremony was being done but fountain was forgotten to be turned on. We had a BBQ booked on the morning after wedding months in advance for 62 guests and when we had final meeting 3 weeks out with wedding manger they said they had no info of this had being booked, to find out they had a another wedding booked the morning after us, which we were told by old manager 9 weeks before hand that there was NO wedding on this weekend ONLY ours, the manger we had at start of venue booking left job half way true all this which means someone else took over that’s why this problem accorded, we had to contact theses 62 ppl and confirm the BBQ had being cancelled 2 weeks out at this stage as we were waiting on venue to try solve this problem, we were very disappointed this happened because we wanted to meet our guests the morning after wedding to reflect on our special day. But the manager did look after us by cutting small amount off $$$ off bill, and served 13 of our guests including bride and groom FREE breakfast morning after wedding which was nice to do for what had happened with BBQ. Over all star rating for service on the day is 8.5 out of 10 and over all star rating for venue taking in theses few problems we had is 6 out of 10 thank you guys

My husband and I got married at Coolibah Downs last month and it was the absolute fairytale wedding I have always dreamt of! Everything was perfect! The staff were amazing, the marquee looked gorgeous and our guests all had an amazing day. There wasn’t a single thing we would have changed about our day and it’s all thanks to the wonderful team at Coolibah Downs. Thank you again to everyone who made our day so perfect 💖💖

Michael and I knew from the moment we entered Coolibah Downs Private Estate that it was the place we wanted to get married. It had everything we desired in a wedding venue. - A beautiful Chapel for our ceremony - A range of locations on the property to take the most breath taking photos (the swing was my favourite and the LOVE tree filled with fair lights) - Not just a plain marquee but a marquee filled with fairly lights, chandeliers and a beautiful layout for a wedding - Accommodation to stay both the night before and the day of/night of the wedding Leading up to the wedding, I emailed my wedding coordinator a lot and I was so warmed by the fact the nothing was too hard and I'd always get a response straight away. Then the day of the wedding was like nothing else. The Marquee was styled to perfection, the staff during the day and the night of the wedding were so kind to our guests and made sure everyone was happy and looked after. The food was INCREDIBLE (everybody raved about it) and so beautifully presented. We seriously can't thank Coolibah Downs enough and recommend them to everyone. Xo

Yesterday our son was married in the stunning chapel followed by the most magnificent reception in the marquee. We can't find a bad thing to say. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food outstanding. The grounds and surrounds made for some beautiful photos. We have had loads of comments from guests regarding venue, food and staff. The most magnificent day. We are all very happy. Thank you so much to the staff of Coolibah Downs. Well done!
