Ken Shipley at Bell Homes is the most honest person I have dealt with in the mobile home industry. He is straight forward. Doesn’t play games. The price he tells you is the price you get. Other dealers i.e. Mustang Homes will advertise 69k homes that are backordered for months and they add 20k on top at the end of the deal so 69k home went up to 90k. We are going with Bell Homes.

The contractors from Legacy just left. Salvador Pestana and Alfredo Castellano did an outstanding job! They gave me their word that they do professional work. There were lines on my ceiling where the tape and texture joins the boards. Now, you can't see the lines. They fixed my front door because I couldn't get it to lock. Salvador talked to Legacy and told them I need a whole new shower and some new floor tiles because the work was not done correctly prior to. I sure hope these two are the ones to come back to finish the rest of the work. I had to wait a long time to get this done. Mr. Kenneth Shipley made a few phone calls and now I am seeing big results. Thank you!
