Best water

I went to pick up a load. They were very helpful got me in and out quickly. Even gave me great directions to get back to Dallas

Drivers, great place to deliver to. Docks are a little tight on the receiving side, but nothing you can't handle. Unloaded in a timely fashion.

Wanted to say thank you to Michael in the Water Store. I appreciate everyone at Music Mountain and am so glad they are available for all my water needs.

Apparently the driver in the Beacon Bay area in Livingston Texas does not have to deliver on scheduled days, answer his phone or emails when the office trys to contact him. This has been a nightmare, I never knew getting water delivered to your home was so hard, especially when they give you the date for delivery. I have no complaints with the water, but poor customer service from the drivers in the field. The office staff are helpful and try to be accommodating, but they can only do so much when the drivers in the field are not held to a reliable standard from management!!!!
