Outstanding professional service from an established family run business. They did a great job servicing my boat trailer- fixing the brakes and adjusting all that was required to ensure roadworthy. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with 313 Automotive when they prepared my pink slip a fortnight ago. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. I really appreciated their helpful service and attention to detail, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing reliable automotive work.Being able to have such a pleasant conversation with Lee while I waited was also a highlight. As one of the owners, Lee was warm, knowledgeable, and generous with her time. It is refreshing to experience such friendly, personal customer service in this day and age; the business has a lovely, old-fashioned country feel that makes you feel truly welcome and want to come back. Thanks everyone. :-)

I have been using 313 now for about 3 years and am very satisfied with their service. They are efficient and have great service, above all they are trustworthy, they will only carry out any additional work without your approval. Mike will call you and explain what needs to be done and the estimated cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family ,
