I can not recommend TMB Oakland enough. I HATE working out. I mean hate it. But I look forward to going to these workouts every. single. time. Coaches Laura and Jeremy are so amazing. They are high energy, kind, and go above and beyond to make sure that you are getting the most out of your workout and still enjoying it. I love how upbeat the energy is in the studio and the way that the TMB team makes you feel like a part of the family right away. I’m also beyond impressed with the management of the studio in the wake of COVID. I can honestly say I feel more safe working out at TMB than going to the grocery store or walking my dog. The team sanitizes everything a bunch of times between every workout and has taken absolutely every precaution to make sure everyone is safe. Last, I love the results these workouts get. I almost threw up at my first, but each time I go back I can feel myself getting stronger. It’s an amazing feeling to do an exercise that once made you want to die two weeks later and realize how much easier it’s gotten. Definitely give TMB a try if you’re looking for an amazing studio with a great vibe, challenging but fun workouts, and a staff that truly cares.
