Sirius Plumbing is an amazing company. Five stars all day, every day. I had an issue in November with the upstairs hot water pipe from the shower leaking into the ceiling in my kitchen, and found this company on google. Alfonso and his crew showed up the same day, did a thorough assessment of the problem, accurately diagnosed it and communicated what the problem was, and did the repair quickly & efficiently with very fair pricing. He answered any and all questions we had, with honesty and patience. Today, after the freeze that happened this week, I thought one of the outside pipes (that we forgot to wrap---oops) burst due to a pool of water surrounding it. Alfonso and his crew came to the rescue again the same day. It turns out it wasn't a burst pipe. After assessing the situation, he explained everything really clearly, and because it was a false alarm, he didn't charge for the visit. I really appreciate that there has never been any pressure around making decisions or doing extra repairs that aren't needed at the time, like some companies try to talk you into.
