I bought my first car from lighthouse auto in Oct, and i've had to bring it here to be fixed (under my warranty) TWICE already. With them barely fixing the problem and arguing against MY mechanic who says that it shouldn't have even passed inspection. I'm still driving around with awful shocks & struts, as well as headlights (more like dim parking lights), with them saying they'd contact warranty AND would still order headlights anyway with no word from these guys about anything almost a month later. not to mention, if you have an appt at 11, your car will sit there for 2 hours and they won’t touch it until after their lunch time. I don't recommend bringing your car here unless you'd like to still have problems, waste your time and be treated like you're stupid by the guy at the front desk.

Just came from having our car inspected, oil change and winter blades. Great service easy to make an appointment nice warm waiting room in and out in no time . To top it off our car was right outside the door waiting. They have a new customer for sure. Thank you.
