Good communication. Mom & Pop/family business. Explained very well what needed to be done ahead of the tenting. One comment tho; be sure that you move EVERYTHING back from the exterior walls at least 2 or 3 feet. Those tents are heavy and I did have one turtle pot break. Armand took great care to check and be sure ALL the gas was out of the house, including in the fridge and freezer. They left the house secure at all times. I do recommend them.
