He answered any questions and concerns that I had, and it felt like he was in my corner from the get-go, especially when dealing with the other party's insurance company. Alpine, and Oscar in particular were transparent with me before and during my car's time in the shop. They did a great job fixing up my bumper and my vehicle looks good as new. 100% would recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle and dealing with annoying insurance companies, Alpine rocks. I came in to get my passenger door handle replaced and they were extremely polite, transparent, and efficient. I was in and out of there in 30 mins and they even took care of a loose tab on my bumper for free, if I ever need to I would gladly come back here! Less
